Change in lifestyle and work culture like long hour’s working; night shifts, chasing targets and deadlines, sleep patterns and lack of sleep are major problems in the modern days.
It is important to maintain our health to face the new challenges in the modern world. We cannot ignore the very old saying that “Health is Wealth.”

What is Integral Yoga and Ideal of Yoga?
It is the Union of Body, Mind and the Soul. The understanding of Yoga and Vedanta is not an intellectual acceptance. The salvation from birth and death in this phenomenal world is possible only through Yoga. Miseries start due to ignorance by which the soul gets attached to human name and form. All the elements of the body are subject to change and disease and death. Even the mind is subject to change. The only changeless entity is immortal soul and its self-realization is the ideal of yoga.
The ideal of yoga shows the way for the man to over come earthly pleasure, detachment and selfless service, one purifies the heart. There are four paths of yoga Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. All paths
are interconnected and interdependent. One has, therefore, to take the aid of all the process of yoga in order to effect a harmonious development of the human personality. The ideal of yoga enables one to live a happy
and fruitful life, conducive to one’s own personal usefulness as well as to that of others.
