Many of the problems of latter life are compounded by insufficient exercise, unwise eating habits and shallow breathing- problems such as poor circulation, arthritis, Insomnia, BP and digestive disorders; we can extend our support through this program for them to lead a healthy and peaceful life. It is important to maintain wellness of every individual to increase our productivity, better deliverables for preventing burn-outs. The best way is to under go an INTEGRAL YOGA.
