  1. I strongly recommend this programme to anyone who is serious about achieving a balanced lifestyle.
    I have joined Integral Yoga class by Sri.AKS in June 2009. I find this programme to be very good for a number of reasons :

    - The program is holistic and focusses on treating the mind,body and heart

    - The sequence of teaching prepares us well for asanas by preparing the mind first through meditation, then the breath through breathing exercises, then the body through simple and effective exercises for the joints and finally asanas. This helps us to enjoy the asanas and derive benefit out of it.

    - there is good amount of explanation about the theory behind yoga, asanas so that we are clear about why we are doing this and what it is all about.

    - there are a lot of practical hints and suggestions about how to conduct ourselves in the present day busy life schedule so that we are able to manage our stress and get work-life balance.
